WHAT THIS SITE IS
tifosicards.shop is a catalogue of Formula 1 trading cards offered for sale by Tifosi Cards, an independent reseller based in the Niagara Region, Ontario, Canada. Browsing the site is free and requires no account.
PURCHASES
Cards can be purchased two ways. Buying directly on this site uses secure checkout by Stripe: prices are in US dollars, shipping to the US and Canada is a flat rate per order (shown at checkout; larger orders and orders over $500 ship at a higher insured rate), orders ship within 2 business days with tracking, and all sales are final. Buying on eBay is governed by the eBay User Agreement and the terms in each listing. Either way, the exact card photographed is the card you receive. Every card is a one-of-one physical item; in the rare case the same card sells in both places at once, the earlier sale stands and the later one is refunded in full immediately.
ACCURACY
Card details (parallels, serial numbers, grades) are described in good faith from the physical card in hand. Every card is photographed front and back so you can verify condition and detail yourself before buying. If you believe a description is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
TRADEMARKS AND AFFILIATION
Tifosi Cards is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Formula 1, the FIA, The Topps Company, Fanatics, PSA, BGS, TAG, any racing team, or any driver. Team names, driver names, and product names appear on this site only to identify the physical collectible cards offered for sale. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Site design, text, and photography are © Tifosi Cards.

The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tifosi Cards is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
GOVERNING LAW
